The Shade of the Season: Orange

When summer hits, we dig through our closet for our moldy flip-flops and sunglasses whether we actually need them or not. So why shouldn't it be the same for our makeup? Come on guys... well, probably girls, they're feeling a bit left out!

Feeling bold? Why not try Lancome Color Fever Lasting Lip Color 102 Electro Flash Orange for a change?

Intensely bright and practically screaming "look at me", this shade definitely isn't for the meek and weak at heart.

Want something slightly toned down, but still want the richness in color an orange lipstick has to offer? Then look no further, for you've found Revlon's Lipstick MD 24K Orange 0586–59.

Slightly lighter in pigmentation, but still with the summer flow–what have you got to lose?

Still not feeling it? Would you rather stick with your simple (but slightly boring) regimin of pink, pink, and more pink (excluding the occasional red, of course!). Then why don't you try layering a bit of orange over your pink lips, for some trendy–safeness. Why don't you try Maybelline's Wet Shine Lip Gloss in Out Loud Orange?

When layered over a pink, nude, or tan-ish base, it gives the appearance of coral with a slight sparkle. You can't go wrong with lip glosses!
